Brody Update

Brody is 7 1/2 months old now. Can't believe how time flies by. He is a husky fellow. He's got tree trunks for legs. It is still very early to tell, but I think he might be a lefty. So maybe we have a pitcher on our hands.

Also, he has been eating very well. He seems to eat anything you give him including: beets and carrots, corn and butternut squash, sweet peas, peaches, mangos, pears, and most of all he loves his fruit puffs and veggie puffs (he is getting pretty good at picking them up himself).



If you have seen him lately, then you know that he is a good audience. He definitely likes to laugh.



Brody has also gotten the hang of sitting up while playing on the floor. Next step will be crawling. Don't know if we are ready for that yet.



We got to visit with the rest of the Moran clan this weekend at the Fin & Claw. Always a great time and a great meal!

Brody and his friends, Vinnie and Nicholas, went to a photographer and had some portraits taken the other day. The pictures turned out really well.

Piper's Birthday Party

Saturday was Piper's birthday party. It was a great party. Here are some pictures from the big day. It was a long day for Brody as you can see from the last picture. He rarely falls asleep in our arms.

Chicago Trip

We all went to Chicago this last weekend to visit Stephanie and Jack along with Aunt Mary and Uncle Russ. Brody took his first ride on an airplane. It went pretty well. No real problems. Laura did a good job of feeding him on takeoffs and landings. Funny because there were a couple of two year olds in the seats behind us that didn't do so well. Probably because their parents didn't help them with the ears popping. Chicago is such a great city. Those of you that haven't been to Chicago need to do yourself a favor and make the trip.
