Brody Update

Brody is growing up so fast! He took the month off from school to stay home with Mom and Chase. During his month off, he took an art class at Nova with his friends. He did projects each week and at the end of the month received a portfolio of his work.

Brody is also doing very well with his potty training. He has moved on to big boy underwear with minimal amount of accidents.

Over the weekend, Brody saw Cars 2 with his friend Vinnie. This was his first trip to the movie theater. He did a great job in the movie and is a big fan of Lightning McQueen and Mater.

Finally, Brody is really great at doing puzzles! Check out this video of him doing a Thomas and Friends puzzle.

Jack's 1st Birthday Party

We had a great time at Cousin Jack's 1st Birthday Party on the Fourth of July! Friends and family combined with great food and drinks along with excellent weather made for a terrific party. Big props to Grillmaster Michael. The burgers were fantastic! Here are some of the highlights.

Chase Update

Chase had his one month checkup on Monday. So, at 5 weeks, he weighed in at 11 lbs, 10 oz and he measured 23 1/2 inches long. His head measured 39 cm. Those numbers put him at the 91st percentile for weight, 99th percentile for height and 70th percentile for head circumference. He is still only sleeping about 3 hours at a time at night. Once in a while, we will get a 4 or 5 hour stretch. Otherwise, he is progressing very well. He started rolling over from his stomach earlier this week and he is doing it pretty easily.
