Brody is a 1 1/2 year old!

Brody is a 1 1/2 year old! Can you believe that? Time flies by. At his recent checkup, Brody weighed in at 26 lbs and is 33 1/2 inches tall. He is growing up so fast.

Swimming Lessons

Brody is doing a great job with his survival swimming lessons. Here are a few videos of Brody in the pool today.

Brody is a Toddler

Brody moved into the toddler room at school this week. He has been doing extremely well with the change. Brody didn't have much love for taking naps in the infant room, so we had no clue what to expect with the idea of him napping on his mat on the floor. Much to our surprise, he has napped better than ever this week.

Here is a picture of Brody after Laura told him to go lay down on your mat. He is definitely good about doing what he is told.


Brody is really happy to welcome his cousin Jack to the world. Brody can't wait to play with him. What a great picture of Brody looking at Jack through the window at the hospital.


This picture reminds me of one of the great shows of my childhood You Can't Do That On Television. This is Brody in the locker room at the Aquatic Center in Plantation.

Brody at T.Y. Park

On Sunday, Brody and his friends went to T.Y. Park in Hollywood. There is a great water playground area with slides and waterfalls that the kids loved. Brody is a big fan of being in the water. So much so, that we have decided to enroll him in survival swimming classes because he doesn't seem to be too afraid of the water. He will go right up to the edge and jump in if you don't watch him. We can never be too safe in South Florida.

Kellen's Birthday Party

This past weekend we made a trip over to Clearwater for Kellen's 1st Birthday Party. We had a lot of fun at the Clearwater Threshers game. It was great to be able to see all of our friends and all of Brody's future roommates at UF.
