Brody in his bassinet
This is Brody in his bassinet right after we came home from the hospital. It is great to finally be home.
We spent a little bit more time in the hospital than we expected due to Laura's recovery from her c-section. Both Laura and Brody are doing very well. A special thanks goes to the terrific nursing staff at Holy Cross Hospital and Dr. Joyner for helping so much with the recovery.

Love the blog! Great background choice--I have the same one except it's the white version. Congratulations! He's a beautiful baby. I hope you're doing well Laura. Once the staples are out, the C-section pain seems to go away pretty quickly. I hope feeding is also going well. Stick in there no matter how frustrating or painful it gets--I promise it gets so much easier!
